Fee will vary depending on area of practice. Christine can provide you with a quote following a free consultation about your service request.
Rate Separation Divorce Mediation
Fees include 3 hours of preparation for a two-party mediation (one and a half hour per party). If further preparation time is required, additional fees may apply. Facility rental charges, HST and travel outside Hamilton- Mississauga boundaries are not included.

Following your booking, Christine will send you a Mediation Agreement, which must be signed by all the parties and submitted prior to the first session. All payments must be made the day prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation fee is the amount of money you will need to pay if the session is cancelled after the cancellation deadline outlined below. All cancellation requests must be in writing.
Christine understands that situations arise in which you must cancel your session. It is therefore requested that you cancel your session with sufficient notice to avoid cancellation fees. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will not be subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days or more will be subject to a $300 fee.
Cancellations made within 6 days or less will be subject to a $600 fee.
If the Mediation is cancelled once and rescheduled there will be no fee. However repeat cancelations, regardless of timeline, will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
